VACANCIES

We are seeking new board members for the Theatre Gu Leòr board. If you have an interest in the company and our work, we’d love to hear form you.

At Theatre Gu Leòr we are committed to producing new plays written in Gaelic.

We would love to hear from writers with new scripts (which have not previously been staged in full).

Before sending us a script, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the work and style of Theatre Gu Leòr. Come and see our productions and take a look at what we have done previously. This should give you a feel for what would work for our audiences.

We aim to read and respond to each script within three months.


HOT DESKS AVAILABLE FOR GÀIDHLIG ARTISTS

Glasgow-based Gàidhlig theatre company Theatre Gu Leòr, have two hot desk spaces available to Gàidhlig Artists who need a space to work in Gàidhlig. The desks are in our new office in Unit 3, 22 Mansfield Street, Glasgow, G11 5QP.

Open door

We offer free, one to one advice sessions for new and established artists and professionals.

Join us for a cup of tea and biscuits to discuss placement opportunities, mentoring, professional development, Gaelic arts, script development, collaboration and project ideas. 

These sessions are arranged on request and designed to suit the needs of the individual.
