Below, you will see checklists which will be helpful in preparation prior to the workshop.

Checklist
Written agreement of the aims of the project
Risk assessment for each act. This should be based on existing venue/school policies
Public liability insurance
Proof of PVG/Disclosure for each worker taking part in the delivery of the project on the day
Timings – agree on hours and timings for the delivery of the workshops
Place – a large, empty space with no obstacles. (the area should be big enough to move around easily whilst maintaining social distance)
Information about the participants – analyse this before planning to ensure the best experience for participants. More support for those with additional needs – including physical, learning, mental and complex needs – are there established practices on how to accommodate these? Are there things which will have a negative impact on behaviour that we should be aware of/or that we should attempt to avoid.
Covid 19 checklist
1. Safe working practices established – before groupwork and afterwards
2. A designated part of the room from which the leader can deliver the workshop openly and safely.
3. Using horns to attract the attention of participants – maybe establish this for the game
4. Researching markers to use in the venue – spots on the floor, LX tape
5. Incorporating the game ‘Bubble’ into the structure of the workshops to encourage social distancing throughout the session.

3. Watch/clock
4. Horn (or similar) to attract attention
